We don't have a customer portal
Unlike some services, Websyt doesn't have a separate login or dashboard for managing your account. That's by design. Since we manage your website and account for you, there's nothing for you to configure yourself.
Everything goes through support
Instead, any request (whether it's a billing change, an account update, or a change to your website) is handled by simply raising a support ticket or emailing us. Our team takes care of the rest.
This means you don't need to remember a login, learn a dashboard, or figure out settings yourself. Just tell us what you need.
