How to request a change
Raise a support ticket describing the change you'd like. To help us move quickly, please include:
- Which page(s) the change applies to
- Exactly what you'd like changed (e.g. the new text, or the image you'd like used)
- Any deadline you're working to, if relevant
How long it takes
Most website change requests are completed within 3–5 business days.
If a request is more complex or involves several changes at once, we'll let you know if it's likely to take longer.
