Want to move to a different plan? Here's how it works.
How to change plans
Plan changes aren't self-service. Just raise a support ticket letting us know which plan you'd like to move to, and we'll take care of it.
When it takes effect
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, and your billing is prorated automatically. You're only ever charged the fair difference for the time remaining in your billing period.
How often you can change
There's no limit on how often you can upgrade or downgrade. Switch as your needs change.
Important: downgrading may affect your site
If you downgrade to a lower plan, you may lose access to features or pages that were only available on your previous, higher plan. This isn't automatic or hidden, when you raise a downgrade request, just ask our support team what specifically would be affected for your site before you confirm. That way, there are no surprises.
