If a payment fails or is missed, here's exactly what happens and what you can do about it.
The grace period
If a payment is missed, you have 10 business days to resolve it before any action is taken on your account. This gives you time to update your payment details or resolve any issues with your bank or card provider.

What happens if it's not resolved in time
If the payment issue isn't resolved within the 10 business day window, we may suspend your website until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
How to avoid this
If you know a payment is going to fail, for example, your card is expiring, the easiest thing to do is raise a support ticket in advance and update your details before the issue arises. That said, we will do our best to keep a record of expiring cards and warn you in advance.
If your site has already been suspended
Don't worry, once the outstanding balance is settled, your site will be restored. Contact support and we'll help sort it out as quickly as possible.
